Honesdale/Hawley, Pa., to New York City. A new bus will leave Honesdale at 6:30 a.m. weekdays and arrive at Port Authority at about 9:35 a.m. The 8:18 a.m., which operated daily, is being canceled. This means the first bus will be at 10:16 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The 12:58 p.m. bus from Hawley is being canceled, too, along with service between Port Jervis, Otisville and Middletown via Route 209.
