My son is three and my c-section still hurts????!!!?

I had my c-section done at a military hospital and after i had my son I ended up having to get out of the army because my c-section wouldnt heal and i couldnt do the physical training or any lifting...well my son is 3 yrs oold now and I still cant rub soap directly on it because it hurts to touch....or if i wear low cut underwear it will actually bring me to tears becasue the rubbing and pressure hurts. I am absolutely terrified to go have the c-section checked out cuz if they messed it up once whos to say they wont mess up again.....what do you think it might be?? ADVICE PLEASE???

My son is three and my c-section still hurts????!!!?
Go back and get it check - that is ridiculous! Sounds like they may have left something in there and it is infected. Too serious not to get it checked out - you wouldn't want it to get any worse. That 3 year old needs you around!
Reply:you really need to get it checked out cuz if it hurts that badly, they must have messed it up somehow...i'm sorry about that and i hope you feel better soon. good luck
Reply:they did something really wrong and you should go to a different place and get it checked out you never know if they left something inside and thats why it hurts (it has happend) so go get checked yes it will hurt but it can make the pain stop from then on
Reply:I think you are three years late on seeing a doctor and addressing this problem! What if your uterus is damaged or something? You could have a horrible infection, or a rag could have been left inside from th surgery. Oh my goodness. GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW!!!
Reply:Could be nerve damage, from where they cut into them.

That might cause you pain. Please get a second opinion.
Reply:well its been 8months now since my c-section and it still kinda hurts but you seem like your goin through some pain maybe you should check that out
Reply:It does seem that you never healed right. It's unreasonable for your scar to be hurting for this long.

It's a horrible thought that the c-section was messed up, but you will need to face an examination. Without professional help, you may endure this for who knows how long?

It's always better safe than sorry. Go see a doctor and if they recommend something that has to do with surgery, make sure the surgeon is someone who comes highly recommended.

And lastly, be honest with your doctor so they can treat you properly so that your problem will cease. Communicate thoughts and concerns.

Your health is what makes the world go round. Being sick does you no good or your family any favors. Get this checked out and get well. If you have to have a new surgery, recruit friends and family to help out so that your body can heal well and not have complications this time around.

Good luck!!
Reply:Sweetie something is wrong and u do need to go to the doc- tell him/her what u have said here and be persistent about it tell them u want an x-ray or scan done of your abdomen - sometimes they do leave an item behind and this may be causing the pains but it could also be phantom pains too- but I would be safe and make sure they X-ray you!!! Hope it turns out well and congrats on that baby boy!!!!
Reply:Do you still have access to military health care? If so, GO! It's free or there is little cost to you. Don't let your fear keep you from getting that situation fixed. You should be all healed up. It is understandable that a lot of nerves were cut and after a while they do grow back and try to connect which can be an annoying sensation but after three years? No, go back and have them check you out. You dont need any internal problems or infections. They might not have messed up anything and your body just couldn't handle that sort of procedure. Go see a medical doctor so you will have peace of mind and that pain taken care of.
Reply:Well all you can do is go get it checked out thats wat you need to do thats way to long for it to still be hurting
Reply:Definitely have this checked out. It could be an excess of scar tissue or something that is affecting you.
