I take it that you want to be able to do 100 press up's stright off,[right], well you will not be able to do it over night,


to speed your progress i think you should do bench work,that should build your arm strenght fast,and if you follow my instructions you will progress fast.first of all find the maximen weight you can lift on the bench press, let's say it's a 100lbs, now if it is 100lbs then your first lift should start at 60lbs you must press it 5 times, your next lift is at 70lbs and should press that 4 time's your next lift is 80lbs press it 3 time's, your next lift is 90lbs you should press this 2 time's your next is 100lbs press it 1/. your next lift is 90lbs you press this 2 your next lift is 80lbs press this 3, your next lift is 70lbs press this 4 time's your next is 60lbs you must press this 5 time's. got it.After about 3 mouth's you'll fined your starting weight is much higher and your maximam lift will be good and going up.take this training over 3 mouth's,training at lest 5 times a week, for at lest one and half hours. it's called the piramid system, and can be used on all weight training routine's.
