I had my 1st child 5 mos ago by C-section. I was allowed to exercise as of 3 months ago. In the first month and a half, I dropped 10 pounds doing 45 minutes of cardio a day and eating a high fiber diet.
For the last month and a half, I've been stuck. This is very frustrating. I know we all hit plateaus, so after two wks of being stuck (and actually gaining back 5 pounds despite doing nothing different :(), I joined a gym. I work two jobs and take our daughter to and from daycare, so I began going on lunch. For the first 1.5 wks, I only did cardio (45 min-1 hr a day, 6 dys a wk). I ate between 1200-1500 calories a day (I am 5'3", currently 150lbs, trying to get to 125). In 2 wks, I dropped the 5lbs again. After getting used to being in a gym (it's intimidating if you have never been), I began doing circuit train. 5 days a week with some cardio. Still not losing. I am so stuck at 150. I am noticing zero difference in my clothing fit 1 month after joining. Any suggestions

Need to keep you protein up, don't lose muscle, it helps you burn calories even when not exercising. These products helped me and my husband tremendously.
