2-3 Per muscle group usually.
Reply:I'd say a minimum would be A, but definite max is C. Ideal would be B really. Assuming a split routine, you shouldn't work out a particular muscle too often in order to give it a chance to recover, but you don't want to wait too long either so that you can make gains.
Reply:The min is 3 days,you need an alternate day off for a major muscle group(chest,Biceps,triceps)for rest and growth
