Should i do my weight training before dinner or after? also i?

get very bored when doing c/v stupid question i know but is there anything i can do while doing my c/v to keep me occupied?

before is good with good sources of protein after you eat wait 1-2 hours then workout
Reply:You shouldn't eat for two hours before exercising so would be better off eating afterwards. If you get bored, try to exercise in front of the TV or listen to music on your iPod or stereo.
Reply:Do your workout before dinner and make sure your dinner consist of some type of protein to replenish your muscle fibers for protein synthesis.





Before your workout, I would also recommend eating a banana or apple (about an hour or two before). That way the glucose from these fruits are almost digested and ready to supply needed energy to your body as your working out.

Reply:before dinner but you would need to eat a small snack. try reading a book while on a bike or stepper, music is best for running and cross trainer
Reply:after dinner bout an hour l8r as well its just better
