Will weight training stunt my growth?

I do cardio 30 mins a day 5 times a week and then I have an 8 pound dumbbell that i do many sets with and sometimes i go to the gym and lift weights there..

will this damage my growth? in particular my height and the size of my breasts?

i'm 15 and only a 34a and already i feel really bad about how small they are, looking at friends who are almost C's.. if they stop growing because im working out ill be devastated, right now i have some hope left that they're still growing lol...

does anyone know??

Will weight training stunt my growth?
NO if anything it would help
Reply:Uhhhh no...that's just a myth, and a very stupid one at that. Especially breast size...it has absolutely nothing to do with that.

And don't listen to that dumb **** above, saying guys don't like muscley girls...the most attractive girls are those in shape. Girls don't develop muscles like guys do (unless they're roiding), they develop very lean muscle tissue. And it looks great. Your small chest size should be even more motivation for you to work out - I'd take a girl with a tight body and A's or B's over a girl with an average body with C's or D's any day. Think of it as a way to level out the playing field.
Reply:No, it doesn't. In fact, it makes bones stronger and prevents you from "shrinking" when you get older.

Your breast size is completely genetic. Exercising is not going to make them smaller unless you lose so much weight you have less fat everywhere, or you're pumping so much iron your breasts turn into muscle, which I doubt. You're exercising at a good amount and it's definitely not too much.

You're still really young..your breasts can grow even after high school so don't fret. It'll most likely keep getting bigger. Some people just bloom later on, some earlier, and those who bloom earlier will most likely stop growing earlier too.
Reply:nah you'll be fine, just make sure you're doing it properly with the right technique, ask the trainers at the gym on how to do it.

you'll have no growth problems unless you're doing something wrong.
Reply:Stop lifting weights. Guys don't like muscley chicks.
Reply:lifting at 8 pound dumbell will not do anything lol. your boobs are safe my dear
Reply:i have no idea but if it does at least you will be strong enough to beat them up if they make fun of you -- keep lifting.
Reply:The only guys I have met that don't dig a little muscle were guys who couldn't gain any themselves.

No, it will not stunt your growth. It will help build strong bones which you will appreciate one day.

As far as being 34a - whether you work out or not won't make a difference to that. Either you will develope more or you won't but weight lifting has no effect on it.
Reply:Hmm...I HEARD that it makes you shorter because it presses you "down"
Reply:yes but you still can lift small weights and not that much.
